A technician installed a new condensate line for the AC unit, routing it to a dedicated sink location and removing the old plumbing. The upstairs bathroom tub spout was also replaced due to improper sealing. All work was tested for proper operation and verified leak-free upon completion.
Called out to run new condensate line for the AC unit to a serviceable location under the master sink. We cut out the old plumbing and installed new plumbing running over to the dedicated sink on the left side. If this sink ever backs up, it will be because of the condensate most likely.
We verified that all work was operational upon completion and verified there were no leaks. We also replaced the tub spout for the upstairs kids bathroom due to it not sealing off all the way when turned to the shower position. We verified all work for proper operation upon completion and attached photos and video to the job.
