Remove cast iron bathtub
Work Performed:
Called out to remove cast-iron tub and surrounding walls, we started off by removing all the surrounding walls. While doing this a piece of tile chiped the tub. There was also another chip on the corner that we noticed, in several spots where there was previous chips and rust.
We broke and removed the tub since it is no longer usable. We also had to cut out the drain connections due to them being so old they were seized in place.
We discounted the cost of this job due to the fact that we did not have to save the tub.
We will be sending over a bid for repairs, after remediation is complete.
