Called out for a couple of issues. Upstairs at the daughter’s toilet there was an issue with the toilet running.
In the downstairs far back, left bathroom there was an issue with the toilet running.
There was a stoppage on the left side of the home.
I started off by diagnosing all of the issues, I gave customer a bid for us to make repairs and the customer approved. When we used a camera the on the main line we found that a piece of cast-iron had come off and was blocking the sewer from working properly. Started off by snaking to clear the stoppage, and then used a camera again after where we still saw buildup in the cast-iron. This was roughly a 30 foot section of cast-iron that had pretty significant buildup so I told the customer we would likely either need to dig and repair or flex shaft to clean the pipe. The customer told me to flex out the drain after I was done with all the work. We pulled out the flex shaft and cleared the drain and use pressurized water to clear the line upon completion. We took pictures of all work, but in the upstairs bathroom, we did a toilet partial rebuild as well as a new shut off and flex line. In the downstairs bathroom, we did the s
