Technician cleared a stopped ice maker floor drain line and the main line, which contained significant grease buildup. A three-compartment sink remained blocked and was referred to building management for repairs. Hydrojetting services were recommended to address the grease accumulation in the main line.
A commercial downspout was cleared of a large debris blockage by disassembling several sections to access the clogged area. The top section was found in poor condition and left intact to prevent further damage. The system was tested for proper operation and the work area was cleaned before completion.
