Called out for a stopped-up toilet in a commercial building. Upon arrival, the customer informed us that one of her employees was using one of the cleaning supplies and they believed they got it stuck down in the toilet. After approval, we first started by pulling the toilet. We used a mini camera to confirm that the cleaning sponge was still inside the toilet. After confirmation, we used a toilet auger to remove it, reset the toilet, checked all work for proper operation, and pictures are attached.
