We were called out for an AC condensate stoppage. Upon arrival, we determined that the unit is located on the roof. After diagnostics, we determined that the line is a one-inch line leading to the kitchen floor drain.
We used pressurized air to unstop the line. We unstopped the line multiple times due to it immediately clogging back up. The last time we unstopped the line, we verified it was still flowing upon completion.
We recommend that the line be replaced if it has continuous stoppage issues. Pictures of all work and a video showing us blowing out the dirty water from the condensate line are attached.
