After inspection, the technician replaced the P-trap and snaked the kitchen line using a flex shaft to clear the blockage. The bathroom faucet replacement was declined by the customer. We arrived to address multiple items on the property, including a leaking bathroom faucet and a stopped-up kitchen sink. Upon investigation, we determined that the bathroom faucet needed to be fully replaced and that the kitchen sink needed a new P-trap and to be snaked.
We sent over estimates to the customer. They did not want to go forward with the replacement of the bathroom faucet but approved the P-trap replacement and the snaking of the kitchen line.
After approval, we retrieved our equipment and started by taking apart the old P-trap. We used our flex shaft to fully clear the kitchen line. We then installed a new P-trap, reinstated water, checked for proper drainage, verified there were no leaks, and cleaned our work area. All pictures are attached.
