I was called out for a master shower that was stopped up as well as an upstairs sink that had overflowed. The upstairs sink had a condensate line attached to it. I informed the customer that they should get on yearly maintenance for the condensate line. I snaked the shower and the condensate line, verified all work for proper operation upon completion.
