Job location: Heath, TX
A residential AC condensate line wasn't draining properly due to a blockage in the stack line behind the wall. The technician accessed the pipe under the sink, broke up the debris, ran air through to clear it completely, installed a new PVC section, reconnected the line to the sink, and verified proper water flow.

Called out for an air conditioning line not draining properly. Upon arrival, we did some investigation and determined that the blockage was before the sink tie-in. It was in the stack line behind the wall. After approval, we cut open the line under the sink to gain access to the full pipe. We started to break up the blockage. We then ran air through the pipe to fully get all of the debris out. We glued on a new section of PVC, tied the condensate line back into the sink, reinstated water to check for proper flow.
