A residential bathroom sink was overflowing due to an AC condensation drain causing a blockage in the wall. The technician removed the P-trap and used a flex shaft cable to clean the pipe thoroughly. After reassembly and leak testing, drainage was restored. The customer requested preventative cleaning of two additional sinks with AC condensation drains connected.

Today, we were called out for an emergency service for a bathroom sink that was overflowing and not draining properly. Upon arrival, we diagnosed the problem to be that the air conditioning condensation drain drains into the sink and was causing a blockage in the wall. We removed the P-trap and ran our flex shaft cable to do a full bore cleaning on the pipe. We put everything back together and tested for leaks, and everything is draining properly.
The customer then requested that we preventatively clean out the other two sinks that have air conditioning condensation drains connected to them.
