A double lavatory that was draining slowly was cleared using a small chain auger and sewer camera to inspect the full length of the pipe. Water was reinstated and drainage was verified. While on site, the shower drain was also cleaned with the chain auger and tested for proper flow.

Called out for an upstairs lavatory draining slowly. Upon arrival, we determined that it was a double lavatory. Gave the customer pricing after approval.
We used the small chain auger as well as the sewer camera as backup to push the chain auger down the stack. Ran the chain auger the full length of the pipe. We reinstated the water, checked for proper drainage, and cleaned our work area.
While on site, the customer also said her shower was draining slowly. We then used the chain auger again to clear the shower drain. Reinstated the water and checked for proper drainage. All pictures attached.
