Today we were called out to the customer's house to do an annual safety inspection because she is a Plum Safe member. While we were here, we found two drains that were slow draining, so we cleared them with the auger and removed hair. We also found a toilet handle that was not functioning properly, so we replaced it. We did a sewer camera inspection. We also checked the water quality and found that it is high in chlorine, so we recommended a whole house water treatment system and we're getting that scheduled for next week. Everything else in the system is functioning properly.
