Called out to replace a tub spout with diverter that was not working properly. Upon arrival, I did some investigation and gave the customer upfront pricing. After approval, I started by unthreading the old tub spout and replaced it with a new brushed nickel tub spout. I re-sealed the new spout, reinstated water, and checked for proper operation.
