Called out for multiple items around the home, including two outside hose bibs and a tub handle not working properly. On investigation, we gave the customer a bid for all the work that needed to be done after approval.
First, we started by turning off the water. We chipped out both hose bibs, unthreaded both hose bibs, and threaded new frost-proof hose bibs on each side of the home. We went into the bathroom and removed all three stems, including the shower diverter, and replaced them with new stems and new trim handles. We reinstated water, checked all work for proper operation, and fixtures were attached.
