Called out for a kitchen faucet leaking. Upon arrival, we took a look at the issue and found that the faucet was not properly installed. We removed and reinstalled the faucet to fix the issue and applied silicone around the base to ensure no water could escape from the enclosure.
Secondly, we pulled and reset the toilet in the guest hall bathroom to fix the sewer smell issue. The customer also decided to sign up for a plumb safe program.
