Called out for a seized up disposal. Upon arrival, we took a look at the disposal and gave the customer the option to repair or replace it. She opted for the replacement. After approval, we started by removing the old garbage disposal, disconnecting the wiring, reconnecting the wiring to the new disposal, remounting it under the sink, reinstating water, and checking for proper operation.
While on-site, the customer also had questions about her bathroom sink and the powder bathroom. After doing some investigation, we determined that the washers were bad. We decided to replace the washers on both the hot and cold side, reinstated water, checked for no leaks, and checked for proper operation.
