Called out to replace and install a new kitchen dishwasher. Upon arrival, gave pricing to the customer. First, we removed the old dishwasher. After that, we turned off the water and noticed the shutoff valve was leaking. We gave the customer pricing to replace it. After approval, we cut the old shutoff valve off and installed a new PEX shutoff valve.
After that was installed, we then installed the new dishwasher. We braced it to the side and to the top of the counters. We reinstated water and checked both installations for proper operation.
While on-site, the customer also asked us to replace their inline cold-side faucet filter. After approval, we unthreaded the old filter and threaded on the new filter. We reinstated water to that and checked for no leaks. We checked everything for proper operation. All pictures attached.
