Called out for a leaking toilet. Upon arrival, we discussed with the customer and decided to replace the toilet. First, we turned off the water and replaced the shutoff valve. We pulled the old toilet and noticed the flange head was rotted. We replaced the flange, set the new toilet, reinstated the water, and checked proper operation. Picture is attached.
