Called out for a toilet running with a high-pitched whistle noise in the guest house upstairs bathroom. Upon arrival, we first turned the water off. Ran a quick diagnosis on the toilet and determined that it needed a partial rebuild. Upon approval, we pulled out the old fill valve and flapper and replaced it with a new fill valve and flapper. We also replaced the old flex line connecting the toilet. We then reinstated water, checked all worked for proper operation, pictures attached.
