Called out for a potential leak in the yard. Upon arrival, we had a discussion with the customer. The customer informed me of everything the previous plumbing company had done when they were out. After having the discussion with the customer, we opted to start off with a pressure test to verify whether there was a leak on the system.
After performing the pressure test, we determined that there is a leak on the plumbing system. We started by going inside and turning off both toilets. We found that the toilets were the culprit of the leak and verified this by performing a secondary pressure test to confirm everything was holding and not leaking.
After verifying this was the issue, we talked to the customer and got approval to rebuild both toilets. After rebuilding both toilets, we verified proper operation and cleaned the work area. Picture is attached.
