Came out for a leaking tub faucet. Upon arrival, the customer showed us which tub it was. The leak was due to a faulty cartridge. After approval, we replaced the cartridge and checked for proper operation.
The customer also wanted us to look at the downstairs bathtub. He said the hot side was leaking. After approval, we replaced both hot and cold side cartridges for the downstairs bathroom tub.
