Called out to locate a leak. Upon arrival, we started on the second floor where the water damage was present and cut through the drywall to get access into the wall. We noticed that the water was coming from above. We next went to the third story floor right above the water damage, cut a small access in the closet, and used a micro camera to investigate in the wall. We found no damage or water damage on our side, but there was water damage present on the other side. We are referring out remediation. He is emailing the neighbor to determine if the leak is coming from their property. Cleaned work area. Pictures attached.
