Upon arrival, we determined there were two points of failure: one near the ball valve and the other section running to the hose bib. After approval, we cut out the old ball valve and pressed a new ball valve on. We then cut out the section of copper pipe going to the hose bib and replaced it with a new section. We reinstated water, checked all work for proper operation, and reattached fixtures.
