Today we were called out to a residential home in Heath, Texas to look at a stopped up bathroom sink and a leaking bar sink faucet. Upon arrival, we discovered that the drain was stopped up in the master sink where the air-conditioned condensate line ties into the P-trap. We removed the P-trap and cleared the blockage with a trap auger. Upon inspection of the upstairs bar sink, we found a leaking hot water supply line on an old copper supply tube, so we replaced both supply lines with new stainless steel braided connectors.
