Called out for a water leak. Upon arrival, we started diagnosing the whole system. We first started with the sprinkler system. We moved to the guest house, isolated the guest house, isolated the main house, and checked all toilets in both the main house and guest house. We checked the filter in the basement, used the moisture meter and thermal imaging to check everywhere on the main home, and determined that the leak was under the house, coming from the toilet downstairs next to the basement. We wrote up bids to send over to the customer. Pictures attached.
