Larry's Plumbing completed a residential inspection covering an outside hose bib, water heater, upstairs bathroom fixtures, and sewer line. The technician replaced the hose bib, resealed a leaking upstairs faucet, and installed a flood stop sensor on the water heater. A sewer line scope was quoted pending septic tank pumping.

Called out for multiple items on the inspection list after they moved in. Upon arrival, we started by looking at an outside hose bib, the water heater, the upstairs bathroom and upstairs faucet, as well as the sewer line leading to the septic.
After going over some items with the customer, he gave us approval to replace the outside hose bib and reseal the upstairs faucet to stop the leak from the handle. We also left him with a bid to scope the sewer line after he gets a septic company out to pump out his septic tank.
We checked all work for proper operation. Pictures attached.
We also installed a flood stop sensor to the water heater.
