Called out for multiple items on the property, including a stopped up air conditioning drain line and the tankless water heater needed to be flushed. Upon arrival, we gave pricing to the customer. After she approved, we started by using a small electric snake to clear the blockage in the air conditioning line. We then hooked up our tankless descale kit and did a full flush of the tankless heater. Checked everything for proper operation, cleaned our work area, pictures attached.
