Services: Dig Access Hole - Interior Concrete, Repair 4" Drain Line up to 5'. Call Description:
Jackhammer toilet flange
Dig down and remove old lead bend that’s broken
Bring up new 4” PVC toilet bend
Backfill upon completion
Reinstate concrete
ADDITIONAL CHARGES IF WE HIT A CONCRETE BEAM AND HAVE TO CHIP IT OUT
We will also rough it out in a 12” rough, it’s currently 11” rough.
Work Performed:
Came out and jackhammered both flanges, dug down, cut out the lead and installed PVC. Backfilled and concreted upon completion. We will finish the last hole tomorrow with concrete. Pictures attached.
