Called out for tile in main lobby with staining on it, I brought in my ladder removed the tile, removed the debris from the ceiling, and looked for potential issues. There was one closet bend located above the ceiling tile, I went to the second floor and identified the toilet as the toilet in suite 212. I flushed the toilet multiple times and found no leak. I also noticed the toilet was running. They are going to determine if this is a tenant or landlord issue before proceeding. Pictures attached.
