Pulled out for a backed-up sewer upon arrival and gave the customer the pricing. We started in the main lobby with the two cleanouts on the floor and ran our camera the full length of our spool. We still could not find the stoppage. We decided to look around and found a couple of cleanouts at the end of the building. We opened those up and were able to locate the stoppage. Then we used the flex shaft to clear the blockage. We did find a break in the line. We're sending over an estimate to excavate and fix that. All pictures attached.
