A 50-gallon natural gas water heater was removed and replaced with a new unit, expansion tank, and flood stop. The drain pan was also replaced. An upstairs expansion tank was serviced and a flood stop installed for leak protection. A gas leak on a flex line was repaired, and all fixtures were tested to ensure proper operation.
Came out and removed old failed water heater, installed new 50-gallon natural gas water heater with an expansion tank setup as well as a flood stop. We also replaced the pan for the unit. On the upstairs unit, we replaced the expansion tank due to it failing and installed a flood stop to ensure that when it fails, it will help prevent flood damage.
Fixtures attached, verified all work for proper operation upon completion. We also helped with a small gas leak that he had on a flex line.
