Today we were called to the property to look at a reported leak on the water heater. Upon arrival, we inspected the water heater and found that the heater was leaking into the pan. This heater was 13 years old and needed to be replaced. We removed it and installed a new 50 gallon water heater with a six-year manufacturer warranty. We also added a flood stop leak detection auto shutoff valve since the heater is in the attic. After completion, we tested everything and cleaned up.
