Called out to replace the tank type water heaters that were located in the garage closet with a tankless unit. We started off by removing the old unit, removing all of the additional equipment as well as all of the water lines. We ran the new water lines to the desired location for the tankless system, installed the tankless system with new venting up and out through the roof, installed a water heater pan for the tankless system, installed new gas connections for the tankless system, reinstated water upon completion, and verified that everything was working properly.
After verifying that everything was working properly, we set the dip switches to the appropriate locations for the tankless unit. The customer turned the tankless from 120 up to 125. We took pictures before, during, and after.
