Called out for a tankless water heater not working properly. Upon arrival, we did some investigation and found out that the flood stop had seized and malfunctioned. It was no longer working properly.
We gave the customer pricing. After approval, we started by unthreading the old flood stop and rethreading the new one with all new connections. We reinstated water and checked for proper operation. Pictures attached.
