Called out to replace two tank-type water heaters with two tankless units in the second-story attic drop-down. We started by shutting down the water, draining both units, and removing all existing plumbing. We built a wall to house the new tankless systems. Upon completion of the wall, we hung the new units, verified everything was functioning properly, reinstated the water, and checked all work for leaks. We set up the units and programmed them for proper operation before cleaning the work area and taking pictures of everything. Pictures of all work before, during, and after are attached to the invoice.
