Larry's Plumbing flushed three water heaters at a residential property: two tankless units and one 50-gallon tank-type heater. Each tankless heater received a 30-minute descaling flush with isolation hoses. After reinstating water and verifying proper operation, the technician also replaced a broken pop-up assembly in the downstairs bathroom sink.

Called out to flush a tankless heater. The customer stated his outside shower and sink were not getting hot water. Upon arrival, the customer also wanted to flush the other water heaters as well, including another tankless water heater and one tank-type heater.
First, we started with the tankless on the outside wall. We hooked up the isolation hoses, added the descaler, and flushed it for 30 minutes. Next, we went to the tankless in the guest house, hooked up the isolation hoses, added the descaler, and let it flush for 30 minutes. Lastly was the tank-type 50-gallon heater in the second-story closet of the main house. We fully flushed that heater.
After all heaters were done flushing, we reinstated water to all water heaters, bled all the water from the fixtures, and checked that all worked for proper operation.
While on-site, the customer also stated that one of his pop-up assemblies in the downstairs bathroom had broken. We gave him a bid to replace that. After approval, we started by removing the old pop-up assembly, inserting a new one, and reinstating water.
