Dallas is our single largest city by job volume outside of Rockwall, and it's one of the most varied markets we serve. Lakewood, Old East Dallas, Lower Greenville, Far North Dallas, Northwest Dallas, Old Lake Highlands — each neighborhood has its own era of construction, its own set of common failures, and its own plumbing personality. We've worked across all of them.
In the established neighborhoods east of 75 — Lakewood, Old East Dallas, and Old Lake Highlands in particular — homes built from the 1920s through the 1960s are the norm. Cast iron drain lines, galvanized supply pipes, and 2-inch drain stacks that were undersized even when new are common findings when we run a camera. We regularly get calls from homeowners who've been told by another plumber they 'need a new drain' only to find that a targeted cleaning and camera inspection reveals a manageable situation. We also do a significant number of full cast iron repipes in this corridor — when the drain stack is failing in multiple places, a piecemeal approach stops making financial sense.
In Far North Dallas and Northwest Dallas, the housing stock is newer — 1980s through 2000s construction — but hard water is the recurring theme. Dallas water ranks among the hardest in the Metroplex. Scale builds inside tankless water heaters, supply line fittings, and shower valve cartridges faster than most homeowners expect. We've installed whole-home filtration systems in Dallas to address chronic scale buildup, and we regularly service tankless units that have never been descaled since installation. If your tankless heater is producing less hot water than it used to or throwing error codes intermittently, scale is the first thing to check.
We also handle commercial plumbing throughout Dallas. We've cleared sewer main blockages caused by wet wipes in commercial drain lines, documented improper pipe slope causing recurring stoppages, and worked on properties where the infrastructure tells a different story than what the building permit file shows. Every commercial job comes with clear documentation — useful if you're managing a property or need records for an insurance claim.
Drive time from our Rockwall headquarters runs 30–50 minutes to most Dallas neighborhoods depending on traffic and the part of the city. We dispatch 24 hours a day with no overtime fees, and every job gets a written quote before we start. TX Master Plumber Justin Zmolik (License #41106) oversees all work.
