Job location: Rockwall, TX

A leaking underground shutoff valve at a commercial property in Rockwall, Texas was replaced with new PVC pipe and fittings. After excavation exposed the 1" service line, the damaged section was removed and reinstalled. The new connection was allowed to cure before water service was restored and the access hole was backfilled.

We were called out to look at an area that was standing with water near where vehicles are parked at a commercial property. When we arrived, we found an old shutoff valve that appeared to be leaking in the ground. We called out excavation to dig an access hole to gain access to the PVC pipe. We cut out a section of pipe and fittings and replaced it with new. After letting the glue dry for two hours, we reinstated the water and backfilled the access hole.
