Drain Cleaning

A residential kitchen drain in the Crestview area was cleared after sweet gum tree roots invaded the line approximately 30 feet down. The technician used a camera to locate the blockage, then employed cable cleaning and hydrojetting to remove the roots and scour the pipe walls. The customer received before and after footage documentation.

Water Heater

A 40-gallon natural gas water heater that was 20 years old and showing rust and valve failure was replaced with a new 50-gallon A.O. Smith Pro Max unit. The technician installed the new tank, connected gas and water lines, tested for leaks, and verified hot water output. The expansion tank was noted for future replacement.
