The technician snaked each unit to remove blockages, applied descaler to improve drainage, and tested all three to confirm proper function. After reinstalling drain plugs and urinal cakes, the fixtures were operating normally with no backup issues.

We were called out for multiple stopped-up urinals. Upon arrival, we found that all three urinals were draining very slowly. We snaked all three urinals and applied descaler to all three urinals.
Upon completion, we found that the urinals were functioning properly. We verified by holding down the flush button to see if they would back up. None of the three backed up upon holding the flush button.
After verification, we reinstalled the drain plug and urinal cake and cleaned the work area. Picture is attached.
