We were called out for two stopped-up toilets in a commercial building. Upon arrival, we first used toilet augers on both toilets with no effect. We opened up to clean out. First, we ran the camera through the line to find the stoppage. Then we used both the sewer machine and flex shaft to clear the stoppage for both toilets.
While we were unstopping the sewer, we also discovered multiple breaks in the line. We located multiple breaks and mapped out the sewer system because of how oddly it was running to determine a more efficient way to run the new sewer system so this problem doesn't happen in the future.
