Called out for a second story shower not draining properly. Upon arrival, we took a look at the shower. We decided to use the small chain auger to fully remount the pipe back to full diameter. While on site, the customer also had questions about her dishwasher not draining properly. We determined the dishwasher hose was far too long and not tied in correctly. We shortened the hose and used a dishwasher adapter to tie it directly into the disposal. We checked all work and took pictures.
