A residential service call addressed multiple plumbing issues throughout the home. The technician replaced a shower cartridge and bathroom sink cartridge with new Moen units, installed a new pop-up assembly under the sink, and replaced a frost-proof vacuum breaker on the exterior. All repairs were tested for proper operation with no leaks detected.
A second-story shower with poor drainage was cleared using a small chain auger to restore full pipe diameter. The technician also addressed a slow-draining dishwasher by shortening the hose and properly connecting it to the disposal with an adapter. All work was inspected and documented with photos.
