After reinstalling the pot filler and restoring water supply, the system was tested for proper operation. During the visit, a water pressure diagnostic identified a filtration system issue, and the customer was provided service contact information.

Called out to replace a customer-supplied pot filler located over the kitchen stovetop. Upon arrival, we discussed options with the customer. After approval, we started by removing the old pot filler. We determined that they did not mount the old pot filler, so we drilled new holes to anchor the new pot filler. We then installed the pot filler, reinstated water, and checked that all worked for proper operation.
While on site, the customer also had questions about the system. We ran a small diagnostics and determined it was due to the filtration system. We found the service number for the filter, and she made an appointment with the service company to come out and take a look at it further. All pictures are attached below.
