We were called out for a bathroom remodel, including the shutoff valves, drain arm, shower valve, and the flange. Upon arrival, we started by turning off the water and replacing the old multi-turn shutoff valves with new quarter-turn valves. After that, we cut out a section of the drywall and replaced the drain arm with PVC.
We then jackhammered the flange, cut out the old flange, and replaced it with a new PVC flange. We backfilled and poured concrete. We then cut out the old shower valve and replaced it with a new shower valve.
We reinstated the water, checked all work for proper operation, and attached fixtures.
