A drop-in bathtub was installed with drain setup and grout work completed. During testing, the drain was found to be draining improperly. The tub was anchored to the foundation and water was restored. A bid was provided to the customer for additional drainage correction work.

Called out to install a customer-supplied drop-in bathroom tub. On arrival, we started by installing the tub drain. We then laid the grout in place and placed the bathtub firmly in place. We then anchored the tub to the foundation, reinstated water, and found that the drain was not draining properly. We made a bid to the customer for a tunneling job. Pictures are attached.
