Our technician responded to a running water meter and identified two faulty toilets during a walkthrough. After customer approval, we performed partial rebuilds on both the downstairs master bathroom toilet and the upstairs toilet, then replaced the upstairs shutoff valve. Water was restored and all systems tested to confirm proper operation and meter stoppage.

Called out for a water meter running. Upon arrival, we walked through the house and discovered two running toilets. After approval, we shut off the water.
Started with the downstairs master bathroom doing a partial rebuild on the toilet. We then went upstairs and did another partial rebuild as well as a shutoff valve replacement.
Reinstated water, checked all worked for proper operation, and confirmed that the water meter was no longer running. Pictures attached.
