Pulled out to replace a customer-supplied shower faucet. Upon arrival, we determined that the faucet did not need to be replaced—it was just a bad cartridge. After approval, we removed the old trim and the old cartridge, replaced it with a new cartridge and new trim using customer-supplied parts. While we were on site, the customer also had us fix one of the bathtub handles that was falling apart. We reinstated water, checked that all fixtures were in proper operation, and ensured everything was attached.
