The technician investigated the initial complaint of a clogged toilet, determined replacement was necessary, and installed a new unit with fresh connections and internal components. Water service was restored and the installation was tested for proper operation.

Called out for a stopped-up toilet. Upon arrival, we did some investigation and determined it was not a stopped-up toilet, but the internals of the toilet had all failed. We gave the customer an option to rebuild the toilet or replace the toilet. She went with the replacement.
After approval, we picked up the new toilet, came back, removed the old toilet, and installed a new one with all new connections and new internals. We reinstated water, checked all worked for proper operation. Pictures attached.
