A residential service call addressed multiple plumbing issues throughout the home. The technician replaced a shower cartridge and bathroom sink cartridge with new Moen units, installed a new pop-up assembly under the sink, and replaced a frost-proof vacuum breaker on the exterior. All repairs were tested for proper operation with no leaks detected.

We were called out for multiple issues around the house, including a shower cartridge, a sink cartridge, a pop-up assembly, and a frost-proof vacuum breaker. Upon arrival, we did some investigation and gave the customer pricing for everything. After approval, we started in the shower, took the trim off, pulled the cartridge out, and replaced it with a new Moen cartridge. We screwed the trim back on.
We then went over to the bathroom sink, took apart the P-trap, unthreaded the old pop-up assembly, threaded the new pop-up assembly, and put the P-trap back together. We reinstated water and checked for proper operation. There were no leaks.
We then isolated the drip to the hot side. We took apart the hot side handle, pulled out the old cartridge, and replaced it with a new Moen cartridge. We reinstated water and checked for proper operation.
We then went outside to the side of the house, unthreaded the old vacuum breaker, and threaded on the new one. We reinstated water and checked for proper operation. All pictures are attached below.
